GrainPro Vacuum Bag
GrainPro® Vacuum Bag is made of high-strength PE with excellent gas and water vapor barrier properties. It is specifically designed from material with low permeability to hold and maintain the applied vacuum pressure in the bag. It can be utilized with any vacuum-sealing machine for smooth-surface bags.
It is recommended to store and transport these vacuum bags inside a packaging box for added protection. The commodities in this bag can be stored for prolonged periods without the risk of moisture ingress, and prevent quality deterioration such as loss of aroma, taste, flavor, and color. The qualities of the stored commodities like aroma, color, and freshness can be preserved. The use of this Vacuum-sealed Bag also protects commodities from insect infestation and mold growth.
This Vacuum Bag is designed in such a way that it can be easily stacked on a standard ISO pallet (110 cm x 100cm).
Vacuum sealing machine recommendation:
To seal the GrainPro Vacuum Bag, we recommend the use of a nozzle-type vacuum sealing machine. For mass production and fully sealing its maximum width of 50 cm, we recommend the use of an industrial machine.
