The GrainPro SuperTunnel™ (600 mt or 1,200 mt capacities) --
An Inflatable, Weatherproof Warehouse

Designed for:

Long, medium, or short term storage of foodstuffs.
In-field storage of emergency relief supplies.
Emergency use as a shelter, office space, medical facility, and the like.

Body of Tunnel: Made of four (4) segments connected to each other by a special heavy duty zipper and a zipper cover preventing any water penetration.

Roof & Sides:

Made of reinforced woven PE (Solar X Super).
Outside color = white to reflect radiation. Inside = black to prevent ingress of light.
Welded, weight 320gr/m2. Total weight roof = 130 kg.

Floor:

Made of reinforced PE (200gr/m2) is connected to the body of the construction with Velcro at above floor level to insure water-tightness against ground water.
Weight 68 kg.

Front Panel:

Entrance: 2 x 2 m., 2 ventilators, generator stand (optional).
Made of reinforced welded translucent PVC weight 600 gr/m2. Total weight front panel 75 KG.

Back Panel:

Anchorage: special anchors driven into the ground around the whole perimeter having anchoring power of 1,000 kg/anchor, every 1.5 m around the tunnel perimeter.

*Weight and volumes are best estimates for GP-ST 600. For GrainPro-ST-1200, add 1/3 to weights, volumes, and quantity of anchors and pipes.

Inflation unit: total volume of building:1,500 cbm (GPST 600) / 3,000 cbm (GPST 1200). 2 inflation blowers, 36" diameter, inflation capacity of 24.000 m3/hr each. Cap.1.5 HP (1.15 kw), 3 phase. For sustaining inflation of the construction only one blower is needed. The second ventilator has only to become active in those cases where the main door will remain open. Size of the ventilator: 105 x 35 x 105 cm.

Auxiliary Installation Equipment: equipment for inserting anchors, frame for entrance door, slides for zippers, tension straps for holding down deflated tunnel in case of high winds.

Repair Kit Includes: one 3 kg hammer, one small hammer, and one anchor adapter pipe.

Generator (optional): 3 phase, diesel, self-starting, 6 KVA.

Warranties:

Supertunnel -- Five (5) years;
Blowers -- One (1) year.

Deflation Speed:

(blowers off): 10 minutes;
(blowers reversed): 5 minutes

Wind Tolerance:

Maximum allowable wind speed: 80 km/hr.
In winds in excess of 80 km/hr, turn off fans, and strap down.
