PURPOSE:
GrainSafe safely stores any dry agricultural commodity at safe moisture content or below. GrainPro™ GrainSafe is designed for both indoor and outdoor installations of one metric tonne capacity.

GS2-1
Portable bulk storage for grain and seed that is set-up on any elevated platform to allow unloading of grain /seed through the downspout located at the bottom.

GS3-1
Portable bagged storage for grain and seed normally set-up at ground level such as on a concrete pavement or a pallet Use of platform is an option (as shown).

USES:
The primary use of GrainSafe is to store a relatively smaller capacity of grain than a GrainPro Cocoon™. It preserves the germination of seeds and extends the lifespan of stored grains.

APPLICATIONS:
Provided the grain is properly dried to a safe level of moisture content, it can be stored safely for several months. This is because a gradual change in the atmosphere inside will occur, the rate of change depending on the initial level of infestation by insects and pests. Respiration by insects reduces the oxygen level and raises the carbon dioxide to a point where insects can no longer survive. This gradual process may take several weeks but during this time no detectable damage to the grain occurs since the progressive change in atmospheric composition slows down the insect's metabolism and rate of feeding.

The material used for the bag is completely waterproof/gas tight and provides complete protection to the grain both from rain while preventing absorption of moisture from the atmosphere in humid climates.

Delivered in carrying bag with repair kit and rodent guards.
